We can help you!


We are a results-oriented consulting firm specializing in human resource management and outplacement.

We consult with organizations on recruiting/staffing, performance evaluation, wage and salary administration, workplace compliance, and employee relations.

We provide career transition services, and outplacement services to assist you and your employees through downsizing, layoffs, and other separations.

We design and conduct workshops on topics such as management and supervisory skills, communications, and career development.

Meet Our Staff

John Adams, President, has 25 years of practical and diverse corporate Human Resource leadership experience. His generalist roles have resulted in professional knowledge in Employee Relations, Salary Administration and Human Rights. However, his particular strengths are in Career Management and Staffing. John is a Graduate of Hartwick College and a Certified Career Transition Consultant.

Louise Pitone, SPHR, Sr. Consultant, previously owned a similar consulting business, and possesses an extensive Senior Level HR background. Her current specialization includes Affirmative Action.

Abby Adams, Training Associate/Resume Specialist, has several years of hands-on job placement experience in the global community. A graduate of Ithaca College with a degree in Communications, her background in sales/marketing has made her an asset to both our career management and resume services.

Debbie Daley, Office Manager, has been a key contributor to our corporate and individual client relationships for 20 years. She oversees our day to day operations and is very knowledgeable of all our service capabilities.
